  "text": "(1) Schedule 3 (amendments about the endorsement of driving records of all drivers) is amended as follows.\n(2) In paragraph 9 (amendments to section 99 of the Road Traffic Act 1988 which relates to the duration of licences), after sub-paragraph (6) insert—\n“(6A) In subsection (7ZZA)—\n(a) omit “and its counterpart” in both places, and\n(b) omit “and counterpart”.”.",
