# The Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) (Amendment) Regulations 2012, Paragraph 3


(1) Schedule 3 (amendments about the endorsement of driving records of all drivers) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 9 (amendments to section 99 of the Road Traffic Act 1988 which relates to the duration of licences), after sub-paragraph (6) insert—
“(6A) In subsection (7ZZA)—
(a) omit “and its counterpart” in both places, and
(b) omit “and counterpart”.”.
