# The Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) (Amendment) Regulations 2012, Paragraph 11


In regulation 17 (meaning of “qualified driver”) in paragraph (3)(d) for “vehicles in sub-category B1 or B1 (invalid carriages)” substitute “a quadricycle or vehicles in sub-category B1 (invalid carriages)”.
