# The Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) (Amendment) Regulations 2012, Paragraph 25


In regulation 40C (passing the test)—
(a) in paragraph (1) after “regulation” insert “40(1A)(a) or”;
(b) in the table at the end—
(i) before the first entry in columns (1), (2) and (3) insert, respectively—
“
AM
Matters specified in Part 1 of Schedule 7.
Requirements specified in Part 1 of Schedule 8.
”
; and
(ii) omit the last entry in column (1) and the corresponding entries in columns (2) and (3).
