Paragraph 39

In regulation 68 (evidence of successful completion of course)—

(a)

in paragraph (2)(b)—

(i)

omit paragraph (iii); and

(ii)

in paragraph (iv) omit “in a case where the certificate was issued on or after 1st February 2001,”; and

(b)

after paragraph (4) add—

“(5)
For the purposes of this regulation, a certificate furnished before 19th January 2013 in the form set out in Part 3 of Schedule 13 to these Regulations as they stood before amendment by the Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) (Amendment) Regulations 2012 shall be regarded as a certificate under paragraph (1).”.
