Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

These Regulations may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) (Amendment) Regulations 2013 and come into force on 8th March 2013.

In these Regulations, “the principal Regulations” means the Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) Regulations 1999f1.
