# The Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) (Amendment) Regulations 2013, Regulation 5: Examination by an officer of the Secretary of State


For sub-paragraph (1)(a) of regulation 75 of the principal Regulations, there is substituted “(a) impairment of vision;”.
