  "text": "Road Traffic\nMade 13th March 2014\nLaid before Parliament 19th March 2014\nComing into force 10th April 2014\nThe Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 89(3)(a) and (4)(a), 92(2) and (4)(b), 101(2) and (3), 105(1), (2)(a) and (3), of the Road Traffic Act 1988.\nIn accordance with section 195(2) of the Road Traffic Act 1988 the Secretary of State has consulted with representative organisations.",
