  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend Part 1 of Schedule 3 (licence fees) to the Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) Regulations 1999 (S.I. 1999/2864) with effect from 4th February 2015.\nRegulation 3 introduces a fee of £65 for a licence granted following disqualification by a court in Scotland for soliciting or loitering for the purpose of obtaining the services of a person engaged in prostitution whilst driving or otherwise in charge of a motor vehicle.\nA full regulatory impact assessment has not been produced for these Regulations as no impact on the private or voluntary sectors is foreseen.",
