# The Motor Vehicles (EC Type Approval) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2004, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (EC Type Approval) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2004.
(2) These Regulations except regulation 5 shall come into force on 29th September 2004.
(3) Regulation 5 shall come into force on 24th January 2010.
(4) In these Regulations “the principal Regulations” means the Motor Vehicles (EC Type Approval) Regulations 1998.
