# The Motor Vehicles (EC Type Approval) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2004, Regulation 3: Amendment to Regulation 3 (Interpretation)


In regulation 3(1) of the principal Regulations for the definition of “the Framework Directive” there shall be substituted the following—
““the Framework Directive” means Council Directive 70/156/EEC as amended by amendments up to and including those effected by Commission Directive 2004/78/EC;”.
