# The Motor Vehicles (EC Type Approval) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2004, Regulation 4: Amendments to Schedule 1 (Separate Directives)


(1) The Table in Schedule 1 to the principal Regulations shall be amended as follows.
(2) In item 36 (Heating Systems), for the entries in the second, third and fourth columns there shall be substituted the following—
