# The Motor Vehicles (EC Type Approval) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2006, Regulation 2: Amendment of regulation 3 (interpretation)


In regulation 3(1) of the principal Regulations, in the definition of “the Framework Directive” after the words “Commission Directive 2004/104/EC”, there shall be inserted “, and, in addition, by the amendments effected by Commission Directives 2005/49/EC, dated 25th July 2005, and 2006/28/EC, dated 6th March 2006”.
