# The Motor Vehicles (EC Type Approval) (Amendment No. 3) Regulations 2006, Regulation 2: Amendment of regulation 3 (interpretation)


In regulation 3(1) of the principal Regulations, in the definition of “the Framework Directive” after the words “dated 6th March 2006”, there shall be added “, and by Directive 2005/66/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council, dated 26th October 2005”.
