  "text": "(1) Schedule 1 to the Motor Vehicles (EC Type Approval) Regulations 1992 shall be amended as follows.\n(2) In item 2—\n(a) in the third column, there shall be added—\n“94/12/EC†”;\n(b) in the fourth column, there shall be added—\n“L100, 19.4.94, p.42”.\n(3) For the Note at the end there shall be substituted—\n“Note: The Directives marked with a * are Commission Directives, while those marked with a † are Directives of the European Parliament and the Council. The other Directives are Council Directives.”.",
