# The Motor Vehicles (EC Type Approval) (Amendment) Regulations 1994, Regulation 3


In regulation 2(1) for the definition of “the Directive” there shall be substituted the following definition—
““the Directive” means Council Directive 70/156/EEC as amended by Council Directives 87/403/EEC and 92/53/EEC and Commission Directive 93/81/EEC;”.
