# The Motor Vehicles (EC Type Approval) (Amendment) Regulations 1999, Regulation 3: Amendments to Schedule 1


(1) Schedule 1 shall be amended as follows.
(2) In the Table, in item 2 after the last entry in the third column there shall be inserted–
“
98/69/EC†

98/77/EC*
L286, 23.10.98, p.34
”.
(3) In the Table, in item 6 after the entry there shall be inserted in the third and fourth columns–
“
98/90/EC*
L337, 12.12.98, p.29
”.
