# The Motor Vehicles (EC Type Approval) (Amendment) Regulations 2002, Regulation 2: Amendments to Regulation 3


(1) In Regulation 3(1) of the Motor Vehicles (EC Type Approval) Regulations 1998 from the definition of “the Framework Directive” shall be deleted the word “and” before the word “98/14/EC”, and the following shall be inserted: “, and 2001/116/EC”.
