  "text": "Exiting The European Union\nRoad Traffic\nMade 13th March 2019\nComing into force 28th March 2019\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 13th day of March 2019\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nA draft of this Order was laid before Parliament in accordance with section 1(5) of the Motor Vehicles (International Circulation) Act 1952 and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.\nThis Order is made in exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(1)(a), (2)(c) and (4) of the Motor Vehicles (International Circulation) Act 1952.\nHer Majesty, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, orders as follows:",
