A draft of this Order was laid before Parliament in accordance with section 1(5) of the Motor Vehicles (International Circulation) Act 1952 and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
This Order is made in exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(1)(a), (2)(c) and (4) of the Motor Vehicles (International Circulation) Act 1952.
Her Majesty, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, orders as follows:
