  "text": "ROAD TRAFFIC\nLaid before Parliament in draft\nMade 28th July 1980\nComing into Operation for all purposes of paragraph (1) of Article 10 in accordance with paragraph (a) of Article 1, for all other purposes in accordance with paragraph (b) of Article 1\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 28th day of July 1980\nPresent,\nThe Queen's Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nWhereas a draft of this Order has, in pursuance of section 1(5) of the Motor Vehicles (International Circulation) Act 1952, been laid before Parliament and approved by resolution of each House of Parliament:\nNow, therefore, Her Majesty, in pursuance of section 1(1), (2) and (4) of the Motor Vehicles (International Circulation) Act 1952, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:—",
