  "text": "In Article 3 (visiting forces) of the principal Order—\n(a) in paragraph (1) at the end of sub-paragraph (b) there shall be added the word “or” and after that sub-paragraph there shall be inserted the following sub-paragraph:—\n“(c) for a dependant of any such member of a visiting force or of a civilian component thereof who holds such a driving permit”\nand\n(b) at the end of paragraph (4) there shall be inserted:—\n“and “dependant”, in relation to a member of any such visiting force or a civilian component thereof, means any of the following persons namely:—\n(a) the wife or husband of that member; and\n(b) any other person wholly or mainly maintained by him or in his custody, charge or care ”.",
