# The Motor Vehicles (International Circulation) (Amendment) Order 1991, Article 3: Visiors' driving permits


In Article 3, paragraph (1), of that Order after the words “a motor vehicle of any class” there shall be inserted the words “other than a large goods vehicle or a passenger-carrying vehicle”.
