# The Motor Vehicles (Tests) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1982, Regulation 4


In Regulation 6 (Exemptions), after paragraph (1) insert the following paragraph:—
“(1A) Pursuant to section 44(4) the Secretary of State hereby prescribes until 1st January 1983 public service vehicles adapted to carry more than eight passengers as a class of vehicles to which section 44 does not apply”.
