# The Motor Vehicles (Tests) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1983, Regulation 4


In Regulation 6, in paragraph (5), in the definition of “test”, for sub-paragraph (i) substitute the following sub-paragraph:—
“(i) by a person appointed to act as an inspector under section 43, or a person authorised as an examiner or acting on his behalf, or ”.
