  "long_title": "These Regulations further amend the Motor Vehicles (Tests) Regulations 1981 (“the principal Regulations”) as follows.The fee payable for the examination of a motor bicycle not having a side car attached to it is increased from £7.92 to £8.56.The fee payable for the examination of any other vehicle (not being a Class VI vehicle) is increased from £13.22 to £14.26. Class VI vehicles are public service vehicles other than those of a type specified in regulation 5(3) of the principal Regulations.The fee payable for the issue of a duplicate test certificate for vehicles (other than Class VI vehicles) is increased–from £3.96 to £4.28 in the case of a motor bicycle not having a side car attached to it; andfrom £6.61 to £7.13 in any other case.The fee payable for the supply of 100 forms of test certificate is reduced from £37 to £35.50.",
