# The Motor Vehicles (Tests) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1992, Regulation 1: Citation and commencement


These Regulations may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (Tests) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1992 and shall come into force—
(a) for the purposes of regulations 4 and 5 on 1st January 1993, and
(b) for all other purposes on 1st August 1992.
