  "text": "(1) Regulation 20 shall be further amended as follows.\n(2) In paragraph (3A)(b)—\n(a) after the item “steering wheel” the following item shall be inserted “tyres (other than in respect of a vehicle in Class I or II);” and\n(b) after the item “vehicle identification numbers;” the word “or” shall be deleted and the following item shall be inserted “wheels (other than in respect of a vehicle in Class I or II); or”.",
