Road Traffic

Laid before Parliament 30th March 2009

Coming into force 20th April 2009

The Secretary of State for Transport makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 45(2) and (7) and 46(1)(f) of the Road Traffic Act 1988^f1 and by virtue of the Department for Transport (Fees) Order 2009^f2.

In accordance with section 195(2) of that Act he has consulted with such representative organisations as he thinks fit.
