  "text": "(1) Regulation 6(1) is amended as follows.\n(2) Immediately following sub-paragraph (xxiv), omit the word “and”.\n(3) At the end of sub-paragraph (xxv), omit “.” and add—\n“; and\n(xxvi) a vehicle having a date of manufacture before 1st January 1960.”",
