# The Motor Vehicles (Tests) (Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations 1982, Note: Explanatory note


These Regulations amend the Motor Vehicles (Tests) Regulations 1981, so as to define the expression “play bus” (Regulation 3) and to provide that play buses shall be within Class V (Regulation 4).
