# The Motor Vehicles (Tests) (Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations 1984, Regulation 3


In Regulation 3, in paragraph (1), for the definition of “the Lighting Regulations” substitute the following definition:—
““the Lighting Regulations” means the Road Vehicles Lighting Regulations 1984”.
