  "text": "These Regulations amend the Motor Vehicles (Tests) Regulations 1981 in the following ways:—\n(a) by providing for one form (VT 30) to be used in connection with motor vehicles other than motor bicycles as a combined inspection check list and notice of refusal of a test certificate (whether general or because the braking test could not safely be carried out) in place of three existing forms (VT 21, VT 22 and VT 29);\n(b) by providing for a new form (VT 30M) to be used in connection with motor bicycles for the same purpose; and\n(c) by correcting an erroneous cross-reference in the 1981 Regulations.",
