  "text": "The Motor Vehicles (Tests) Regulations 1981 are hereby amended as follows:—\n(a) in the regulations specified in column 1 of the Table below, for the letters and figures specified in column 2 of that Table there are substituted the letters and figures specified in column 3 of that Table—\nTABLE\n1\n2\n3\nRegulation\nExisting words and figures\nSubstituted words and figures\n15(1)(c)\nVT 29\nVT 30\n15(3)(b)\nVT 21\nVT 30\n16(2)\nVT 22\nVT 30\n(b) in regulation 15(1)(c), at the end add “or, in the case of a Class I or II vehicle, “VT 30M””;\n(c) in regulation 15(3)(b), after “VTP 30” add “or, if it relates to a Class I or II vehicle, “VT 30M””;\n(d) in regulation 16(2), after “VTP 30” add “or, if it relates to a Class I or II vehicle, “VT 30M””; and\n(e) in regulation 16(2)(b), for “15(2)” there is substituted “15(3)”.",
