During the period commencing on the date when these Regulations come into force and ending on 31st December 1986, examiners and inspectors may continue to issue or provide—

(a)

inspection check lists on the form marked “VT 29”;

(b)

notices of refusal of a test certificate on the form marked “VT 21”; and

(c)

notices of refusal of a test certificate where the braking test could not safely be carried out on the form marked “VT 22”.
