  "text": "In regulation 20–\n(a) in paragraph (1), as substituted by regulation 4(a) above–\n(i) in sub-paragraph (c) for “£16.65” there shall be substituted “£20.00”; and\n(ii) in sub-paragraph (f) for “£19.30” there shall be substituted “£22.60”; and\n(b) in paragraph (3A)(b), as inserted by regulation 4(c) above, before paragraph (iii) there shall be inserted “(iiA) emissions,”.",
