Regulation 9 Amendments coming into force on 1st January 1992

For regulation 4(2) there shall be substituted—

“(2)

The prescribed statutory requirements for the purposes of section 45(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1988 are in relation to any vehicle in a Class specified in an item in column 2 of the Table the requirements specified in that item in column 3 of the Table, and in these Regulations those requirements are referred to as “the prescribed statutory requirements”.
