  "text": "In regulation 23 (duplicate test certificates), in paragraph (2) for the words “a fee of £7.50” to “same effect as the original test certificate:” there shall be substituted—\n“a fee of—\n(a) £7.50 in the case of a Class VI vehicle;\n(b) £3.96 in the case of a motor bicycle not having a side car attached to it; and\n(c) £6.61 in any other case;\nshall issue a duplicate marked “Duplicate” and the duplicate so issued shall have the same effect as the original test certificate:”.",
