  "text": "(1) The Table preceding regulation 12 shall be omitted.\n(2) In regulation 12 –\n(a) in paragraph 1(1), for the words “as indicated in the Table on page 12 ”there shall be substituted the words “and, subject to paragraph (1A) below, shall be in writing”; and\n(b) after paragraph (1) there shall be inserted the following paragraph –\n“(1A) An application for a re-examination of a vehicle in Class VI under these Regulations need not be in writing if the application is made before the expiration of 28 days after the last examination.”.",
