Regulation 7 Amendments to regulation 25 (charges for entries in the electronic record and payments on account)

Regulation 25f1 shall be amended as follows.
(2)
In paragraph (1), for “£1.19” substitute “£1.44”.
(3)
To the extent that the amendments in respect of regulation 25 by regulation 21 of the Motor Vehicles (Tests) (Amendment) Regulations 2003f2 do not apply by virtue of regulation 24(1) of those Regulations, in paragraph (2) for “£119” substitute “£144”.
