# The Motor Vehicles (Tests) (Amendment) Regulations 1985, Note: Explanatory note


These Regulations amend the Motor Vehicles (Tests) Regulations 1981 by adding agricultural motor vehicles to the classes of vehicles which are exempt from the provisions of the Regulations.
