  "text": "In regulation 20(4) for the Table there shall be substituted the following Table–\n“\nTABLE\nFEES RELATING TO THE RE-EXAMINATION OF VEHICLES IN CLASS VI\nColumn 1 Description of Vehicle\nColumn 2 Normal Fee\nColumn 3 Saturday Fee\nVehicles in Class VI constructed or adapted to carry more than 12 passengers\n() £17.75, if the vehicle is submitted for a further examination within 14 days of the date of the issue of the notice of refusal of a test certificate, or\n(a) £31, in the circumstances described in paragraph (a) of the entry in column 2, or\n(b) £38.00, in any other case.\n(b) £62.50 in any other case.\nOther vehicles in Class VI\n(a) £13.25, if the vehicle is submitted for a further examination within 14 days of the date of the issue of the notice of refusal of a test certificate, or\n(a) £22.25, in the circumstances described in paragraph (a) of the entry in column 2, or\n(b) £26.50, in any other case.\n(b) £44.50, in any other case.\n”.",
