# The Motor Vehicles (Tests) (Amendment) Regulations 1998, Regulation 4: Amendments to regulation 4 (the prescribed statutory requirements)


In regulation 4, in the Table in paragraph (2)—
(a) after item 3 there shall be inserted the following item—
“
3A
IVA
Paragraph 3A of Schedule 2
”;
(b) after item 4 there shall be inserted the following item—
“
4A
VA
Paragraph 4A of Schedule 2
”; and
(c) after item 5 there shall be inserted the following item—
“
5A
VIA
Paragraph 5A of Schedule 2
”.
