  "long_title": "These Regulations amend the Motor Vehicles (Tests) Regulations 1981 (“the principal Regulations”). Subject to the exceptions mentioned below, they apply in relation to, and for purposes connected with, examinations of motor vehicles under Parts III and IV of the principal Regulations (“the MoT test”) carried out on or after 1st June 2003.",
