Regulation 11 Removal of vehicles submitted for examination

In regulation 17 (removal of vehicles submitted for examination)—

(a)

in paragraph (1), before “examiner” (in the first place where that word appears), insert “authorised”; and

(b)

in paragraph (2)—

(i)

in sub-paragraph (a), before “examiner”, insert “authorised”;

(ii)

in sub-paragraph (b), for the words from “by an inspector” to the end, substitute “in the control or care of an inspector”; and

(iii)

in sub-paragraph (c), for the words from “of the vehicle” to the end, substitute “in the control or care of a section 66A examiner”.
