Regulation 14 Fees for examinations

In regulation 20 (fees for examinations)—

(a)

in paragraph (2)(b)(i), for “the examiner or designated council”, substitute “the person”;

(b)

in paragraph (3A)(a), before “examiner” insert “authorised”;

(c)

in paragraph (6), for the words from “the inspector” to “1988”, substitute “inspector or section 66A examiner”.
