ROAD TRAFFIC

Made 6th July 2005

Laid before Parliament 8th July 2005

Coming into force 1st August 2005

The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 45 and 46 of the Road Traffic Act 1988f1 and by virtue of the Department of Transport (Fees) Order 1988f2, and after consultation with representative organisations in accordance with section 195(2) of that Act, hereby makes the following Regulations:
