  "text": "(1) Schedule 2 shall be amended as follows.\n(2) In paragraph 3(b)—\n(a) for “provision” substitute “provisions”; and\n(b) in the table before item 28, there shall be added—\n“\n27A\n36A and 70A\nSpeed Limiters\n”\n(3) In paragraph 4—\n(a) in sub-paragraph (a), after “20,” there shall be inserted “21,” and for “, 24 to 26 and 28” there shall be substituted “ and 24 to 28”; and\n(b) in sub-paragraph (b), item 32 shall be omitted.\n(4) In paragraph 4A, after “20,” there shall be inserted “21,” and for “, 24 to 26 and 28 to 33” there shall be substituted “ and 24 to 33”.",
