# The Motor Vehicles (Tests) (Amendment) Regulations 2010, Regulation 3: Interpretation


In regulation 3(1), for paragraph (b) of the definition of “out of hours”, substitute—
“(b) on any other day, other than between 6.00 am and 8.00 pm;”.
