  "long_title": "These Regulations further amend the Motor Vehicles (Test) Regulations 1981. The Motor Vehicles (Tests) (Amendment) (No. 4) Regulations 1991 amended the 1981 Regulations by (amongst other things) substituting a new Schedule 2 with effect from 1st January 1992. Regulation 2(2)(a), (b) and (c) of these Regulations correct three errors in the substituted Schedule. Regulation 2(2)(d) and (e) makes consequential amendments.",
